Birthdays, Graduations and Fundraisers

The following services and amenities are included with your facility rental:

• Exclusive access to event facility and surrounding property for breathtaking pictures 
• Large deck and dance floor with expansive views
• Handicap Parking & Handicap Accessible Restroom
• Parking Adjacent to Reception Barn
• Restrooms within Barn
• Host is given 1 hour before and after for set up and clean up. 

• Exclusive use of barn and surrounding facilities for 2 hours
• All tables and chairs for up to 80 people inside 
• Groups are welcome to utilize any vendor or bring their own food and beverages
• Hosts are responsible for set-up, tear-down and clean-up.

• Exclusive use of barn and surrounding facilities for 2 hours
• All tables and chairs  
• Vinyl / disposable party tablecloths (your choice of color)
• Groups are welcome to utilize any vendor or bring their own food and beverages
